Importing Clients
With a Premier Subscription, LDA's team will import your clients to your LDA account! All that's required to start this process is providing our team with your advisor codes with each carrier.
Click here to access our form. Please fill in this form with all of your advisor codes, even if you have multiple with the carrier.
Managing Clients
In this section, we will explore how to manage your clients and their policies within the Life Design Analysis system.
- Access the "Manage Clients" option from the dashboard or client section.
- On the Manage Clients page, you can view general policy and personal data for your clients, sorted by personal information on the left and policy information on the right.
- You can use text bars within headers for quick searches based on various criteria, such as last name, phone number, or date of birth.
- Case opportunities, such as term conversions and swaps, are highlighted to help you identify immediate opportunities within your block of business.
Case Opportunities
Case opportunities are highlighted to assist you in identifying immediate opportunities within your block of business:
- Term 10 Conversion: Shows t10 policies issued after today's date 10 years ago.
- Term 10 Swap: Applies to 10-year terms issued after today's date 5 years ago.
- Term 20 Conversion: Similar to Term 10 Conversion, but for t20 policies issued 20 years ago.
- Overdue: Displays policies that have gone past their 10th or 20th-year anniversaries.
Notifications for these opportunities are sent out at specific intervals to keep you informed.
Client Profiles
Client profiles provide detailed information about each client:
- Access the client profile by clicking the "View" icon next to the client's name.
- Here, you can view personal and contact information, add notes, access insurance cases, and see a list of policies associated with the client.
- Generate a policy summary report, share it with clients, and add custom notes to the report.
Generating Policy Summary Reports
Policy summary reports can be generated on the spot:
- Access the report by clicking "Generate Policy Summary" on the top right-hand side of the client profile.
- Customize the report and generate a PDF file or share it with clients via an interactive web link.
File Storage
Life Design Analysis offers secure file storage for documents related to your clients:
- Access file storage by clicking the "Click here" icon.
- Upload and store documents related to your client's insurance cases in an encrypted cloud location.
