Option 1: Livechat
When you're using LDA, you've likely encountered the "Ask Us A Question" tab on the right side of the page.
Selecting that icon will connect you directly with our customer success team! No bots or AI suggestions are included in this section. Simply select Ask Us a Question and select this icon to chat with our team;
The livechat is available between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. If you have a question after those hours, please click here for additional knowledge base articles or click here to visit our YouTube Channel!
If you ask a question after business hours, we'll get back to you the following morning via email!
If you wish to receive immediate/same-day support, please defer to the livechat option above.
