This will guide you through the process of creating and sharing reports from Life Design Analysis
Generating a Report
- Start by selecting the "Generate Report" page on the "Design Case" page.
- Tip: Think of the generate report option as the presentation mode in LDA.
Report Content
The generated report will include the following sections:
- Cover Page: This page is branded to you and your company, displaying your client's name, your name, the presentation date, and embedded links for easy access.
- Compliance Information: Includes disclaimers, mission statements, and a reason-why letter, which you can customize based on your client's needs.
- Insurance Needs Analysis: Interactive analysis showing how client needs change as different options are considered.
- Insurance Recommendations: Lists recommended products, annual or monthly premium schedules, and descriptions. Premiums are presented visually and cumulatively over time.
- Cash Value and Death Benefit: Visual representations of cash value and death benefit over time, with options to toggle between different scenarios.
- Coverage Amount: Visual representation of the insurance benefit over time, with interactive options.
Custom notes can be added to clarify information within the report.
Interactive Features:
- All legends and options within the report are interactive, allowing you to toggle various scenarios on and off for better client understanding.
- Visual representations are emphasized for faster comprehension.
- Tables are available for clients who prefer numerical data.
Sharing the Report
You can share the report with clients using the following options:
- Print: Generate a PDF file for printing or saving to your computer.
- Share Icon: Generate a unique web link for the report that can be sent to clients via email or through LDA's built-in email feature.
- Set an expiration date for the link to limit access.
- Request additional client information for added security.
Client's Perspective
Clients viewing the report will see the same content in an interactive format. They can leave comments, call, email, and access your website directly from the report.
Clients can also indicate their preferred plan, and you will receive notifications when they view the report.
Notifications and Advanced Stats
- You will receive notifications when clients view the report, allowing you to track client engagement.
- Advanced stats provide data on how long each page was viewed, the number of clicks, and more
e-App Integration
Some carriers offer e-app integration such as Empire Life's Fast & Full. Clicking on a carrier's logo in the right hand side of the case design page can take client information directly into the carrier's application process.
