In 2-4 weeks, the carriers will send you a data file in an email attachment or link to your email, since you're the agent of record. Once you receive the files, send them to the email address below. We'll load them into your account within 3-5 business days.
Email: greg.strybosch@lifedesignanalysis.com
Our team can update the files every year. Let our team know and we can initiate another request.
Are you with PPI or HUB?
If so, you'll have access to live data feeds and can skip this process. Contact your MGA to learn more about the data feeds or request they opt-in to provide this if you're not with PPI or HUB.
General Navigation
Select the Manage Client icon from the home dashboard to access your client and policy data.
Once on the manage client's page, you have a few options to find a client, a policy or opportunities.
To find a specific client, family, or client within an age range, you can sort or search for these using the headers on the left side of the page.
The headers on the right will support you in finding specific policies, insurance benefit and issue date ranges.
Opportunities can be found on the top right with the case opportunity and urgency filters.
To access the client's profile, select the view icon to the left of their name.
Finding Opportunities
Case Opportunity Filters
The Case Opportunity Filters are the best way to find opportunities in LDA. Here is what each opportunity filter will produce;
Term 10 Conversion: Term 10 policies issued after today's date, 10 years ago in the earliest to latest order.
Term 10 Swap: Term 10 policies issued after today's date, 5 years ago in the earliest to latest order.
Term 20 Conversion: Term 20 policies issued after today's date, 20 years ago in the earliest to latest order.
Overdue Term 10: Term 10 policies issued before today's date, 10 years ago in the latest to earliest order.
Overdue Term 20: Term 20 policies issued before today's date, 20 years ago in the latest to earliest order.
TIP: LDA also offers notifications for these opportunities. To learn more about the notifications, click here.
Policy Urgency
LDA is a built-in functionality to label the urgency of a policy and if you as the advisor need to take action on it. There are 4 urgency options;
Low (Newly issued policies.)
Medium (Policies entering the timeline for when exchanges can be used or to check in and see if their needs have changed.)
High (Policies entering the time range for conversion, such as T-10's from 7-10 years old.)
Urgent (Policies that have passed their designated renewal date and are potentially paying the renewal premium.)
Client Profile
Navigation
The top portion of the client management page features more personal and contact details, as well as a dedicated notes section.
The center portion is where you'll find the cases created for the client, as well as the policies imported to LDA. If you wish to create a new case for that client, click the new case icon as shown below.
Document storage is available on the lower right side of the page. You can back up any client files saved to your computer here.
At the bottom of their profile is where you can see all the market surveys you've saved.
Policy Summary Report
If you wish to show your clients a summary of all their policies, you can do this by selecting the Generate Policy Summary icon on the top right of their profile.
When selected, LDA will generate a white-labeled summary for that client showing their policies on one page.
These can be shared with the client with a unique link, through the share icon on the top right of the page. This will provide you with a notification when the client views the summary report.
TIP: You can add a custom note with the policy details through the note section in the client's profile.
