Follow this guide to find clients in specific age brackets to identify and act on opportunities!
Searching For Clients
When your clients are imported to your LDA account, you can run a search for clients within a specific age range to identify opportunities!
All you need is to go to the manage client page and look for the birthday header. Below the header, you'll find a From and To text bar to enter the age range.
Enter the oldest age of your range in the "From" text bar, followed by the youngest age in your "To" text bar. This will present clients within that age group and highlight what their policy is. In this example, I'm looking for clients between 35-50 to promote the value of permanent insurance.
Once you've identified a client you'd like to work with, we recommend sharing an example case to educate the client about the opportunity you wish to present.
Sharing a Sample Case
Continuing with the theme of presenting the value of permanent insurance, I have created an example case to highlight the benefits of permanent insurance over time. This age demographic aligns nicely due to their evolving needs and increased budget due to natural career growth.
Here are the top recommendations for developing a sample case in LDA;
- Create an example male/female client to use for the sample case. Once the sample client is created, you can modify the age depending on the demographic you wish to target.
- Add in educational content through the callout and the report notes page. These pages will support the visuals used to compare different plans or scenarios.
- Label the sample case to easily find and use in the future. When using the "Case Tag" function, you can provide the name for a case to search in the Manage Cases section at a later date.
Remember, the best way to share the insurance case is through the case-sharing functionality. When you share the case, make sure to select the "Request visitor information to be entered before viewing" check box highlighted below.
Once selected, you can indicate what you wish to request from the visitor before they can view the content. This is highlight recommended if you share the same case with a group of people. In this example, I select the first and last name option.
When the client views the sample report, you can find the data in the "Share Case Statistics" section of the design case page.
